Lease Terms
All of our apartments come with a 12 month lease term that require a security deposit (one months rent) along with the first months rent due at a lease signing. We do not offer short term leases or furnished apartments.
Pet Policy
Our pet policy allows for a fish, hamster, or bird. A cat or dog is allowed with a management approved 504 accommodation request (doctors precription for a companion or assistance animal) prior to the cat or dog is allowed to reside in the apartment. No exotic animals allowed.
